Met a lady at the gym recently and she was like โ€œYouโ€™re Marieโ€™s sisterโ€.
Apparently you were classmates at Pampers.

I miss you ๐Ÿ˜˜

Numerous wonderful families of ours and friends of Ononomhe ( Marie),we are grateful for your love & care demonstrated!

Thank you so so much for standing with us.

We were schooled by the above act!

There is no day we do not reflect or talk about you and our lovely precious daughter who clearly told me 2 days before her final exit to eternity that she wants to go home, she was explicit when she reaffirmed she wants to go to her father ( Jesus).

I told her Jesus has not told me that and she sighed โ€œ humโ€

She said โ€œI want to restโ€ that faithful morning after our usual interaction with God and was very thankful for the care and love demonstrated all the while. Then she โ€œsleptโ€ with this song ๐ŸŽถ all over the room being played by her sister

โ€œI see the king of Glory coming with the cloud of fire .....Hossana, Hossana in the Highest โ€œ by Hillsong

Our joy and solace is that you had an encounter with God and we shall see you again on the resurrection morning.

We decree Nahum 1:9 .
โ€œwhat do ye imagine against the Lord? He will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second timeโ€ in our lives & yours in Jesus name Amen.

It's shocking that I'm just now hearing of your sad passing. We were mates in FGC Odogbolu during our junior secondary school days. I wouldn't say we were especially close, but a memory sticks out. I believe it was a choir rehearsal for an interdenominational service or so. You sang a song, and my, did you sing sweetly, I still remember parts of the lyrics..."Oh dear what can the matter be, dear dear, what can the matter be, Oh dear what can the matter be..."
It's clear from the other comments that it wasn't just your singing that was sweet but that you yourself sweetened the lives of others. I pray that God comforts your family that you left behind, and that we will all be reunited at the resurrection at the end of this age.

Dear Marie, I knew you to be a calm, respectful and loving person while we were colleagues at Visafone. The news of your passing came as a huge shock to me because I felt you were too young and filled with potentials to leave so early. But who am I to make that assertion when God has the final say. I pray that our Good Lord in his infinite goodness will have mercy and grant you eternal rest. May your family and other loved ones be comforted.
Eternal rest grant unto Marie O Lord, and Let the perpetual light shine upon her, May Marie rest in peace. Amen.

My sweet Marie, you're one of the sweetest people to have graced the earth and I am most privileged to have known you.
You're so effortlessly kind and loving. I remember that one time I didn't make it to one of Visafone's numerous trainings and you covered up for me and almost got into trouble with Madam Lynda. You apologized to me for weeks for something that wasn't even your fault.
Our birthdays are only 3 days apart and we talk on those days unfailingly. You never hold back words of affirmation and youalways made me feel like I was more than I am!
Your death came as a rude shock, totally unexpected, first thing I thought was it shouldn't be my sweet Marie.

Here I am saying thank you for sharing your beautiful life with me and every one that knew you. I will miss you, I love you. Rest with your fellow angels

Words fail me. My very first love. The agony all over again after you left school for Benin. I am pained and I am also grateful for the life you lived. The joy I felt when we reconnected in 2013. Remaining friends and banting over what could have been. The digital marketing plans and all. You were simply beautiful in and out. You are in a better place and I trust you will rest well. May 19 will always be world's Marie day.
